I'm looking at improved AD schema management for a medium sized organisation, but both they and I have no real idea about it.  I've gone through a fair bit of Microsoft information (including Microsoft IT's management process - http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/msit/deploy/adschemamgmt.mspx).  I'll pick up one of the AD books as a bit more background.

Does anyone have any advice on other good sources of info or tips for the inexperienced?
